We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This is the ideal job for someone who is looking ambitious, reliable, and wants to earn more money by bringing in new business.Part of this job entails visiting our customer’s business locations around the Los Angeles area and helping them with their payment terminals. A fuel allowance will be provided!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Visiting customer’s business location for installation or troubleshooting the terminals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
