Our client, located in Los Angeles is looking for an 2-3 year experienced customer support representative that has Zendesk experience. This job is a contract job and is looking to pay between $18-$22 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Experience working with Zendesk
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Experience handling escalations
