Details:
– $18-$20/hour plus benefits
– 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM shift

Qualifications:
• Prior experience within a call center
• Highly organized with detailed follow-up skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated written communication skills.
• Self-starter, self-disciplined and able to work unsupervised.
• An excellent work ethic and sharp organizational skills.
• The ability to follow through on projects from start to finish
• High School Diploma (or the equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment. Plus experience in the Medical Services industry a plus
• Data entry experience
• Basic computer skills that include experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Bilingual – Spanish preferred
