SI&A is currently looking for someone to fill our Customer Service Representative Position (that we call a Program Advisor II) in our Arcadia Office.
A full-time position that will analyze school district data and use SI&A procedures to make decisions in regards to improving the administrative functions of a school district and school sites. This person will be maintaining a client territory while selling to and working directly with school district and school site personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Independently schedule appointments with clients
· Analyze data and make reasonable recommendations regarding compliance and future needs of the district
· When in the office, collaborate with SI&A staff and clients regarding improvement of administrative functions of a school site
· Collect data in order to compile claims for school districts
· Travel to meet with clients and provide training/advising to district staff and site staff as their SI&A representative
· Grow and maintain your client territory through new sales and upsells based on client needs
· Negotiate contracts and renewal contracts with clients
· Conduct meetings and client interviews with several districts in person, over the phone, and through online web meetings
· Develop and maintain business relationships
· Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university OR equivalent work experience
· Willingness to travel frequently up to four days a week and overnight during peak times (Primarily Fall and Spring, all travel within California)
· Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team member within company departments
· 3+ years previous background in consulting, sales, customer service, or account management
· Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure of deadline and budget
· Must have excellent organizational skills
· Polished and professional speaking and presenting skills for a wide variety of audiences
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to adapt to changes necessary for a high-growth leading-edge company
· Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Must have a clean driving record
