CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Adecco is currently assisting a local Auto Yard client in North Hollywood, CA recruiting for Customer Service Representatives. These Customer Service Representative jobs are Temp to Hire positions, with a pay of $17 an hour. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. For instant consideration for this position. APPLY NOW!

Job Duties:

  • Help to greet customers on the phone and in person
  • Answering up to 4 phone lines
  • Assist customers with money transactions for vehicles
  • Process titles for the vehicles
  • Release paperwork for drivers picking up vehicles
  • Send documents via Fed Ex

    • Requirements:

  • Have typing and data entry experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Be able to multi-task while speaking to a customer in person or on the phone
  • Comfortable working in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Reliable and timely
  • Team oriented, but able to complete tasks on your own
