CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Addeco is assisting in recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in the Wilmington, Ca area.  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with pay rates starting at $16.25
Customer Service Representative addresses all customer inquiries under the direction of the Office Supervisor, including all clerical duties needed in the office.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
  • Process orders and assignments.
  • Enter data into computer system.
  • Reference pricing and delivery information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to function well as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
