Customer Service / Office Assistant

This role operates as the key and hybrid role of Customer service for water delivery along with administrative support to the CEO.

The CS/OA will be extremely organized and has the ability to complete daily operations, Handling delivery routing and support of a growing subscription based water delivery business with little guidance.

S/he will efficiently and proactively solve problems and follow everyday protocols.In this role you will be responsible for: Dealing with Home & Office Delivery while having constant communication with Driver and all other staffOffers assistance and handle customer requests by phone or email in a complete and timely manner, providing courteous, efficient and professional serviceManages Customer recurring billing and recurring delivery schedule, following a predetermined route schedule and set driving route every dayAllocate new accounts to delivery route, following a pre-established delivery route and scheduleDevelop relationships with and provide services and products to new and existing customers that insures customer retention and customer loyaltyMaintains logs and schedules for water delivery service, manages bottle inventory and keeps bottle pick up trackingExcellent verbal and written skillsServe as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the businessUnderstand Aguavida’s goals and priorities and act as a thought partner to the teamWe are looking for: 1-2 years of customer experience or Resent graduate studentHighly organized, analytical, flexible with shifting priorities and able to always exercise strong judgmentSEO and sales experience is a plus but not requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse set of personalitiesThe ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisionsAdvanced knowledge of G Suite, Excel, word, WordPress/WooCommerce is a plus but not requiredHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the companySomeone with the curiosity to gain more knowledgeThrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and willing to learn new thingsWho We AreWe love pure water as much as we love clean oceans, that´’s why we at Aguavida Premium Water ( ) strive to treat and bring the best water to our customers in the way that is also best for the environment .
