Customer Experience Associate in Santa Monica (Los Angeles) to start asap***Role descriptionManiMe is searching for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate to help lead our Customer Experience (Care) department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our customers by leading the way for ManiMe’s customer experience, developing effective customer service procedures, setting customer satisfaction goals. This is an opportunity to learn and grow from the ground up at a fast-growing technology start-up!To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position, with excellent knowledge of the latest industry trends and techniques. In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.You’ll be an integral part of our Operations team, with the ability to make your mark directly.
