Job Description: This position will work closely with a team to assist with inside sales orders, specifically with the Japan customer Performs duties related to overall customer service:
– Provides support to sales team with regard to customer concerns.

– Inputs, maintains, tracks sales orders in Epicor ERP
– Coordinates with sales reps and customer to provide product status and delivery
– Coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and quality to ensure timely shipments
– Provide monthly on time delivery analysis
– Clerical office support including scanning, document retention, and filing Job Qualifications: Cooperation
– Understands the value of cooperating with coworkers.
