We offer a variety of jobs that fall under the umbrella of Customer Service Agent. However, we currently have an immediate need for someone who will hold down the role of Ready Line Agent.
As a Ready Line Agent, you will be a vital member of the location’s team and act as a key Company Promoter! You will showcase your vibrant and spirited personality while providing the highest level of serviceability to all customers arriving to pick up their rental.
You will:
- Keep the ready line area clean and presentable at all times
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and ready for customers
- Pull cars out of line that doesn’t pass standards and send for servicing
- Perform vehicle exchanges/vehicle swaps & upgrades as requested
- Ensure all vehicles have a completed check out slip
- Assist customers with locating their car and assist with luggage when needed
- Provide assistance in moving or parking cars in throughout the facility
Requirements:
- Top-notch people skills
- Ability to troubleshoot with a smile
- A keen sense of urgency and desire to problem solve
- Patience and understanding throughout rental experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
