– 7am to 6pmJob description:Customer Service Support team memberInteracts with customers, company sales and/or field service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for domestic and International customers.Extensive direct customer interactions with responsibility for processing customer orders in SAP with expediency and accuracy, including machine down orders, RMA’s, exchange and service orders.Responsible for order entry, validation, monitoring orders to delivery schedule, resolving invoice issues.Able to publish excel reports, perform vlook-up and create pivot tables.Experience with outbound and reverse order processing with a focus on returns, RAMs, perform asset recovery.
