Customer Service:

A privately held cosmetic company in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative.

Candidates must possess the following:

Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and a people person with a voice that sounds clear, friendly and confident! Work well in a team based environment Ability and willingness to handle high volume of inbound calls Ability to handle all calls in a professional and courteous manner Provide punctual, regular and consistent attendance

Detail oriented and highly organized

Basic computer skills: Be capable of a position that involves multitasking Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high volume work environment At least 1 year previous experience in the personal care industry (preferred)

Independent worker (i.e., takes initiative and works well with little supervision)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing of customer orders – Order entry, Printing Invoices, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS’s etc…

Working with various personnels to get the order shipped.

Handle multiple line phone system.

Other duties as required

Compensation:

Based on experience

Pay: $22,000.00 per year
