The Customer Service reports directly to the Executive Assistant , performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties as well as managing all Front of House access. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting department heads, maintaining office space, and performing data entry.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Provides uniform secretarial, reception and administrative services in support of the District Office.
Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Performs administrative duties such as providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.
Files correspondence and legal documents in office filing system.
Ensures proper indexing and filing of original legal documents
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Performs office duties such as providing information to callers, taking dictation, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.
Schedule, court dates, meetings and appointments and coordinate conference calls.
Process eligibility applications for services rendered to the indigent to include money collection and explain reimbursement contracts.
Create and/or manage a well-organized filing system.
Review, prepare and utilize web-based programs for preparation of court dockets and other legal documents.
May conduct the daily court and mail run, requiring current and valid driver’s license as well as current Defensive Driving Certification.
Performs related and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with six (6) months of directly related clerical and/or secretarial experience utilizing legal terminology, procedures and documents. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field, and/or direct work experience may substitute for the required education and experience.
