A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) As an HVAC Sales / Customer Service Representative (CSR), you arrive each day determined to answer customer questions and handle complaints with a smile that can be heard through the phone, use a script to close every call, as well as sell and scheduled maintenance agreements. You also help to reschedule overload calls that are directed from the dispatcher, minimize cancellations, keep customer information up-to-date in the system, and pre-audit all warranty work for the Manager.
