Join the VPLS team! We are seeking a Customer Support Center Representative to add to our Los Angeles team. This is a full-time role that rotates between three shifts.Responsibilities include: + Be the first line of contact for all inbound Customer Support issues via phone, online chat, email, or through the trouble ticketing system+ Deliver appropriate action for each call or chat or ticket by answering questions, help diagnose problems, and escalate issues to the appropriate department+ Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and follow the company?s guidelines+ Follow company procedures to analyze and assess routine client issues by utilizing the tools provided+ Document each client inquiry and resolution+ Follow up with the client after problem resolution to ensure that all issues have been resolvedRequirements:+ High school diploma or GED+ Excellent phone skills+ Deductive reasoning skills+ Troubleshooting skills+ Ability to be a team player+ Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed+ 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
