Customer Service- Sales Position: Sales Administrator (Push Carts & Wholesale) and customer service.Responsibilities:• Sales orders, invoicing, and scheduling sales daily. (Quick Books System).• Answering phone calls (taking messages, transferring calls)• Register sales and invoicing for wholesale.• Take care of sales orders from wholesale customers.• Delivery and scheduling sales orders.• Push carts inventory and sales control (daily).• Take care about any customer issue or questions.• Achieve sales objectives and target.• Aware for any Price increase or change to customers.• On hand inventory control ready to sale.• Elaborate and prepare invoice in a daily basis.• Other responsibilities: Office activities (archiving, phone calls, copy, fax, scan, reports, mail, answer the phone calls. Production activities: inventory, production involvement, direct sales.Skills:• Responsibility (High)• Problems solving• Communications skills • Bilingual (English & Spanish) speaking, reading, & writing.• QUICK BOOKS experience (preferably)Behavior:• Conduct with ethic.• Professional integrity.• High urgent matters• Confidential.
