Collection-Master Support Specialist – Remote

This position is ideal for a data analyst or systems support specialist with collection industry or legal experience, particularly using CLS Collection Master software.

Remote position anywhere in the U.S. for one of our key clients. This is an important role within a dynamic, fast-paced team that is integral to the success of all legal actions within a multi-state law firm. Law firm has a broad client base including Fortune 100 companies, is well-respected, has an experienced management team that understands work-life balance, and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

The Systems Coordinator is responsible for developing, refining, and maintaining workflow processes within CLS Collection-Master legal software system. The systems specialist also inputs legal pleadings and documents according to work standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Inputting legal pleadings and letters utilizing Word Perfect coding.
  • Conversion of existing pleadings and letters to Microsoft Word.
  • Creating workflows within the software system.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments on process developments.
  • Advising of solutions to resolve specific concerns.
  • Managing requests created through ticketing system.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Desire to learn and master a comprehensive software system. Prior experience with CLS Collection Master is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to design, create and document processes within software system based on parameters outlined by attorneys and legal operation employees.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite Office and mail merge process, along with letter coding.
  • Ability to learn how to read and interpret coding to facilitate creation of letters and pleadings.

Must communicate effectively, possess the ability to build strong relationships and be customer centric. Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus. Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills in addition to the ability to quickly scope a situation and identity the root cause of a problem are all important skills for success in this position.  Experience working in a law firm, collection agency or other accounts receivable management role is preferred.
