Responsibilities of the Clinical Laboratory Client Services Supervisor
Support/Supervise a group of laboratory staff to include Laboratory Technicians and Clinical Laboratory Scientists Manage financials obtaining quotes, billing, reporting test results Responsible for unit operations, clinical testing requirements, and ensure compliance Actively collaborate with clients, researchers, manage clinical trials, and other special projects
Requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Client Services Supervisor
Experience in Clinical Laboratory Client Services/Receiving Three-to-Five years of previous supervisory experience of a minimum of 10 FTEs, 3 years of supervisory experience Flexibility to respond to issues that occur outside of normal work schedule Ability to build relationships and serve as a liaison within departments and with clients
