The Client Analyst will be responsible for ensuring our existing clients receive unparalleled Client service.
Daily responsibilities will include reviewing clients current campaign analytics and applying a results-oriented approach to all client requests and inquiries.
This position requires active account management and constant oversight and monitoring to identify potential areas of troubleshooting.
Additionally, the right candidate will utilize internal reporting systems to optimize account performance.
This position is great for someone who wants to continually challenge him/herself, while always learning something new that will help him/her grow exponentially.
