Major Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of quality customer service to all facets of bank assigned customers with commercial banking products such as loans, trade finance, FX, new account, investments & wire transfers.
- Perform administrative and control functions such as monitoring overdraft conditions, strong in legal document support and various reconciliation tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit and deposit products, contact customers/business promotion in accordance with business unit’s standard procedure and perform quality control roles.
Qualifications:
- General commercial banking product knowledge is required.
- Works under supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to work under stress individually and as a team.
- Ability to multitask and able to produce quick turnaround output.
- Bilingual in Japanese is a plus, but not a must.
