Client Services Specialist

Our client is a groundbreaking law firm that provides first-rate litigation defense for the Workers’ Compensation industry.  The firm develops positive relationships with clients through superior legal services and has grown rapidly since its inception in 1996. As we continue to grow, Michael Sullivan & Associates is now seeking a talented individual for the exciting role of Client Services Specialist. We Are looking to find someone who is a professional and polished executive sales person who extensive experience selling a service into either Law Firms, Insurance Companies or 3rd Party Administrators Company will offer great stability, a competitive base salary, and strong commission plan, excellent benefits and growth potential No relocation is required, overnight travel will be know more than 20%

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTIONKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Increase sales of and individual subscriptions and related products while achieving profitable growth
* Demo product to potential, current corporate subscribers and industry influencers for the entire state of California
* Coordinate with client IT departments regarding technical implementation of corporate account subscription set-ups
* Develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on client feedback and market opportunities
* Review and analyze current purchase data to identify and pursue new sales
* Conduct research, send prospecting emails and make cold calls to engage new leads
* Mine existing and prospective clients for up selling and referral business
* Establish relationships with key decision makers at insurance companies, third party administrators, self-insurers, employer groups, and law firms➢
* Develop social media contacts and utilize in research and prospecting; monitor to detect opportunities and key contacts; utilize social media network to repost SOC social media content
* Create and conduct presentations and product demos for prospective clients 
* Close sales by learning and addressing client needs and concerns, while consistently moving the client towards commitment
* Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
* Attend industry trade shows; attend key events(sometimes solo, sometimes with team members);set-up the booth and promotional materials
* Occasional travel required, primarily but not exclusively in California, up to 15% of the time
* Report to flagship office in El Segundo; working remotely is ok butt his is a full-time position and must be available during business hours in Pacific time
* Excel at both working independently and in a team setting
* Utilize computers including laptops, Windows, and Microsoft Office
