Select Staffing has an Client Services Rep position within Chatsworth, CA.
Pay is $18.00 – $23.00+ DOE
Hours: 8am – 5pm
8 month project
Primary Function- Initiates review, receipt, auditing and entry of all Purchase orders received from Mast Global through the Customer Portal.
Secondary Function- Posts Production of Mast Purchase orders into the Customer Portal to ensure timely adherence to due dates.
Order Management Functions (Primary) :
• Runs comparison reports in excel to identify New or revised Mast Purchase orders. Based on those reports creates Sales / Production entries into NAV system and Po confirmations in the Mast system.
• Works directly with Account Management and Finance on discrepancies for adherence to MOQ’s and Price standards.
• Coordinates and confirms price transitions between Mast Portal and company NAV system.
• Identifies and confirms Misc Po’s for non- inventory services and coordinates with Finance for billing
• Runs daily Production reports in NAV System. Based on those Reports posts completed Production into Mast Portal.
• Confirms that entry date is posted prior to due (stat) date. If not follows up with account manager on actions to take.
• Works directly with Mast Operations planners on issues related to Posting.
• This includes stat date movements or order close based on adherence to order quantity
• Works directly with Production and other support groups to ensure Reworks and other inventory issues are corrected so posting can be accurately process
• Supports AMS/ Finance on Special Projects on improving existing processes
• Machinery/tools/office equipment which must be used in order to perform the essential functions of the job (please be specific): Computer/Phone
