Who we need?

Aditi invites you to join our dynamic Client Services team, working within our direct and MSP clients.

You will be focusing on target accounts, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and managers.

This role is responsible for growing revenue in assigned accounts, primarily through effective account and engagement management.

You will also be working with the recruitment team and ensure that the sales activities are aligned with business goals.

IT Staffing experience within Fortune 500 companies is a must for this role Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Work directly with the MSP teams onsite who support the end clients and take responsibility and ownership for the offshore delivery.

· Manage and supervise IT recruitment staff so they identify potential leads through IT recruiting activities.

Act as a primary contact for the offshore recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.

· Work to generate significant volumes of placements on a staff augmentation, temporary, temp-to-perm, direct hire and/or payroll basis.

· Develop and implement strategic plans in order to solidify long-term business relationships and partnerships with clients.

· Meet assigned revenue targets through growth in assigned accounts and effective utilization of direct reports.

Grow revenue through the effective management and expansion of the existing account(s).

· Ensure that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of client business objectives and the plans in place to attain those objectives.

Skills and Requirements :
· 2 years of a proven account management within the Contingent Workforce & MSP space as well as staffing industry
· Knowledge of clients’ needs in technical verticals and environments is highly preferred
· Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
· Experience building a book of business from the ground up involving all aspects of the sales process
· A proven track record in achieving targeted sales results or quota
· Strong follow up skills, motivated to break into new accounts through continuous effort
· Solid business management skills
· Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.

· Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent project-management and time-management skills.

· Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.

· PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) Experience:
· Account Management: 2 years
· Staff Augmentation: 2 years
· MSP: 2 years
