About the position: NOM is looking for an accomplished Client Services Manager to join this vitally important team. The CSM position plays a key role in translating advertising objectives into effective campaign activations. The person in this role will be responsible for managing a variety of video campaigns and projects, building relationships with high-value clients and internal stakeholders alike. Clear communication and attention to detail are vital to this position.

 

CSMs use their ability to strategize and lead to ensure our clients? campaigns and businesses succeed. They are the main points-of-contact, subject-matter experts, and resident problem-solvers for their assigned accounts. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this position. 

 

This position will report into the Director of Account Management.

 

What you?ll do:

  • Manage a variety of clients and accounts throughout their campaign lifecycles. Act as point-person on client communication and engagement, leading onboarding and wrap-ups
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic solutions and establish strong relationships with clients
  • Develop custom media strategies and build proposals for new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Ad Operations to facilitate best-in-class performance
  • Be comfortable presenting insights and campaign performance metrics to clients
  • Work interdepartmentally as a Client Services team ?thought-leader,? providing practical and strategic knowledge on NOM?s capabilities and best practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for agency and advertiser teams as an expert on their respective account(s)
  • Identify areas for process improvement on the Client Services team and establish new workflows as needed ? we are constantly iterating and improving our approach
  • Stay up-to-date on all industry trends, platform news, and anything else that may impact or improve our offering
  • You will encompass our company values and positively contribute to company culture

 

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years? experience in a Client Services/Account Management capacity, ideally at a media agency or ad network.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns ? YouTube experience a strong plus!
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to build relationships within a cross-functional team
  • Strong decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Experience developing strong working relationships with clients
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivots, Vlookups, etc) and other office suite products
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail and the ability to problem solve under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and collaborate with a team
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in fast-paced, growing company
  • Innate curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Integrity & honesty

 

Nice to haves:

  • YouTube and/or Google Ads certifications
  • Campaign management experience with social platforms like Facebook & Instagram
  • Experience using project management tools, including Asana & Salesforce
