Private Health seeks a Client Services Coordinator to serve in variety of clinical support, client care logistics, and administrative functions.

This person is personable and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working in a medical or healthcare setting.

In addition, interacting with our clients in a warm, friendly and service-oriented manner is essential.

What Youll Do Administrative support to Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistants Coordination of patient appointments Extensive telephone and professional email communication with patients Teleconference scheduling with physicians, patients and clinical team Medical records and imaging coordination Requesting medical records Faxing medical records and other related documents and following up to confirm delivery Requirements College graduate strongly preferred (BA or BS) Three or more years of successful professional experience A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a healthcare or medical setting Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Ability to deal with high acuity, well-accomplished individuals in calm, pleasant and professional manner Must meet the highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling confidential information with care Compensation Salary to be based upon experience and education We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision as wells as 401(k) and generous vacation/personal time.
