PROFILE:

First Capitol is looking for a Client Services Associate to oversee the delivery of First Capitol’s product and service portfolio.

This individual will be an expert communicator (including written and verbal grammar) to help non-technical minds understand technical concepts.

We also expect this person to have advanced skills navigating complex client issues and helping clients adjust their practices as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with First Capitol’s implementation experts on product installation and integration, often across multiple products and services.
Provide consultative support to key client stakeholders around risk management, regulatory compliance, financial performance optimization and workforce data quality via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Possess deep domain knowledge expertise across all of First Capitol’s products and services.
Understand client operational structure, workforce composition and strategic goals.
Manage client expectations and reporting cycles in order to accurately meet strict regulatory deadlines.
Create business intelligence reports comprised of Key Performance Metrics and actionable Business Intelligence.
Conduct meetings with client stakeholders to perform review and explanation of calculation outputs.

Guide and oversee client’s implementation of key action items identified
Provide product and client feedback to other parts of the organization including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Research & Development.
Respond to requests for information from regulatory agencies including the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”), the Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”), the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”), and other government agencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience managing client relationships in a complex knowledge environment preferred but not required
Strong quantitative, analytic and problem-solving skills.
High energy individual who is detail-oriented, organized and highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Ability to work independent and collaboratively.
Strong client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal).

Passion for assisting and teaching clients how to maximize the benefits of First Capitol’s products.
Strong ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word experience.
