Job Description
The Day to Day
- Independently manage day to day communication with warehouse team and clients
- Allocate orders via phone, emails, CargoWise and Flexe
- Arrange for outbound distribution via trucking vendors based on order specific requirements
- Handle heavy email communication and keep inbox at 0
- Bill clients accordingly for order processing and value-add services
Qualifications
- Ability to handle heavy email communication.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- CargoWise experience preferred, but not necessary
- Third-party logistics (3PL) experience required
