Client Service Specialist

NutriFit, Los Angeles premier healthy food company, is seeking a full time (in person, NOT VIRTUAL), mature professional who can work in our small west Los Angeles facility on-boarding clients, fielding inquiries (some people do come in person, as well). To qualify you must be mature, computer literate and able to handle pressure in a small office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update client records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
