Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Daily tasks include inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments on company provided leads.
- Ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services.
- Handling follow-ups, communication to counterparts, fostering relationships with potential and current. clients to help drive activity.
- Client reviews, data entry, and servicing member requested benefits programs.
