CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE
– Commingled Funds Acadian Asset Management LLC is a Boston-headquartered investment management firm with wholly owned affiliates located in Singapore, London, and Sydney.
As of March 31, 2021, the firm managed approximately US$110 billion on behalf of major pension funds, endowments, foundations, governments and other investors based in the U.S.
and abroad.
Position Overview: We are looking for a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our Commingled Funds Client Service team.
This role supports Acadian’s 35 Commingled Funds and Collective Investment Trusts (CITs).
This role is best suited for a dedicated, detail-oriented, organized individual who knows and loves the financial industry and wants to be exposed to many different potential career paths within the business.
What You’ll Do: Track and maintain client information, facilitate account openings, transitions, restructurings, closings and cash flows for commingled fund and CIT participants Communicate effectively with internal parties (e.g.
Compliance, Corporate, Portfolio Construction) and external parties (investors, consultants, fund administrator, custodian); Run regular calls with service providers Coordinate fund documentation for commingled funds Special projects including technological advances to existing proprietary systems Improve existing workflow procedures Acquire a deep understanding of Acadian Asset Management, its resources, and how other functional groups are integrated in its business processes We’re Looking for Teammates With: Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials 2-4 years of Client Service or Operations experience in a similar environment Solution oriented mindset with an eye towards process improvement and automation Team player; Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong business judgment; Flexible and able to adapt to situations Superior attention to detail and ability to follow through Ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Why Work Here: Acadian is a quantitative investment firm where ideas are empowered by technology.
