Client Associate Position Summary:
Your position, as a Client Associate, is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors.
Your knowledge of firm policy, procedures, and technology allows you to interface with advisors and clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service.
You perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in their daily business practices (e.g., on
– boarding new clients, cashiering, knowledge of appropriate paperwork, etc).
You support and drive firm initiatives and maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge.
You are service oriented and a team player.
You are detail oriented with proven organizational skills, able to manage time efficiently and can multi-task.
You have proven written and verbal communication skills.

Key Tasks:
Advise on procedures for collecting appropriate documentation to set up new accounts Establish and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients and proactively help to resolve issues and concerns Educate and assist advisors on account services and navigation of various platform capabilities Process account service requests and ensure appropriate documentation is accurate and complete Review daily reports and alerts and process accordingly Manage calls and e-mails regarding service-related issues Pay close attention to detail, process work accurately Proactively develop self to continuously enhance knowledge, skills, credentials, and communication Utilize the firm’s platforms and procedures to enhance the client experience Work independently to make decisions regarding analyzing problems and the resolution of issues Assist with on-boarding new members to the team and other projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Advanced proven knowledge with investment advisory operations and wealth management platforms Detail and service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure Experience with ACT!, eMoney, and Black Diamond is a plus Good written and verbal communication skill Leadership and ability to think outside of the box Professional competency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies Self-starter with a great deal of initiative.
Team player with good interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to adapt and learn the firm’s investment and CRM applications
