Claims: Client Service Representative

Description: Independent insurance adjusters claims office.Call-In Unit; heavy calls out volume,, the position is NOT doing sales but building communication lines and assisting clients.Marketing to existing clients to revenue continued use and increase assignments.

Responsibilities
· Implementation of marketing plans, following instruction and fulfilling goals.
· Provide service support in order to establish proper channels of communications.
