The RoleWe are currently looking for a client services and sales associate to start work immediately.
We are a private equity fund headquartered in Palo Alto and Los Angeles.
This position is based out of our Los Angeles office.
Travel is required.Skill setWe are looking for an ambitious sales person who can handle high deal volume while delivering excellent client service.
Your job is to increase our number of clients across all regions, open new markets, complete the sales process from prospect to conversion, and manage the relationships with these clients as part of an overall strategic growth plan.
We will provide all necessary training and resources.
You will report directly to the managing partners and director.Below are some of the duties we would like you to assume:Source and convert leads.Manage deals.Interface with clients.Interact with business partners.Identify and develop new markets.Support our marketing and sales programs.Participate in conferences.Previous ExperienceWe are seeking a motivated and hard-working team player.Must be willing to work in highly-efficient, results-oriented company.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Hyper-communicator preferred.Must be willing to work long hours and weekends as necessary.Can perform under high pressure environment with high deal flow and volume.Previous sales experience a plus but not required.College degree required.Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
Solid math aptitude.Ability to multi-task, handle multiple requests quickly and efficiently.Is resourceful and professional in responding to colleagues, clients, and business partners.Computer literate in Mac and PC based systems: CRM software, Excel, Word, Pages, Google Apps.Professional, self-starter with a mature and can-do attitude.CompensationThis is a full-time position with salary and performance incentives.

Approximately 30% to 40% travel is required.
