· Report to work on time and as scheduled.
Must be able to clock in & out correctly on a daily basis.
· Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment, meeting customer demands in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
Must be able to multi-task.
· Provide excellent customer service at all times.
· Have in-depth menu knowledge and must be able to answer all guest questions with accuracy and tact.
· Have excellent communication and active listening skills.
· Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
· Be a team-player, assisting co-workers whenever needed.
· Assist in other areas such as assembling orders, taking orders, etc.
· And other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter Give customers menu and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details Prepare beverages following recipes Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the bar area clean Restock Items Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Skills Previous work experience as a cashier/customer service Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers’ preferences Excellent communication skills High school diploma; relevant training is a plus…
