Call Center Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Call Center Representative position Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must sit in the PST times zone.

MST allowed if open to working PST hours.

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) Contract Length: One year Pay: $15.00/ hr Shift/Hours: Hours of operation are 7:00am
– 6:00pm Location: Flexible.

Not in office.

Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative role include, but are not limited to: Help customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

Provide services and solutions by processing payments, updating customer information, updating billing information, verifying coverage for third parties.

Provides first call resolution for aligned work and routes customers to the appropriate party to resolve inquiries.

Support client relationships and maintain the client’s brand in a positive way.

Maintain accurate data in appropriate systems to reflect account activity.

Tracks and captures information and data per department guidelines.

Adhere to standard operating procedures and consistently utilize resources provided.

Uphold our customer care standards according to protocols.

Billing experience preferred.

(Account history, multiple policy payment application, basic math skills, critical thinking) Qualifications for this Call Center Representative position: Quiet space to conduct business, free of distractions
– mandatory.

Hi-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire connect through an ethernet cord.

Client provides all equipment needed.

Will be shipped to home.

Workstation (desk/table) in home should have the space needed for two 24 inch monitors and a desktop computer.
