Call Center Representative

We are looking for 2 energetic candidates to fill these roles!

Summary:

Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Majority of customer interaction will be on the phone – high call volume

Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
