The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
The Day To Day Tasks Will Include(but Not Limited)
- Managing the technicians’ schedule and providing support to their needs.
- Invoicing customers, managing accounts, and dealing with customer service-related concerns.
- Facilitate incoming calls from customers and input them into the system.
- Streamline operations to encourage a productive
- AR/AP responsibilities, creating basic reports for our customers and contractors
- Basic technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of the business
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Call Center/BPO)
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Proficiency with Google Docs/Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
