A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER MANAGER

In this call center management position, you work each day to help turn client calls into service appointments for our plumbers. Most of your time is spent in an office environment answering phones, scheduling service appointments, and resolving customer issues. Leading with a compassionate style, you actively listen and lend an empathetic ear as you train staff on the best ways to convert calls into booked service appointments.

Additionally, you refine call scripts, so they are more clear, compelling, and result in more appointments. You are an expert in your market, as you fully understand customer needs, monitor the performance of staff, review recorded calls, and advise employees on how to promote sales. To ensure proper workflow and trained staff, you formalize a coaching platform and show employees how their individual efforts contribute to the company’s success. You feel great about keeping our plumbers busy, ensuring revenue, and working with an effective management style.

CALL CENTER MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of call center management experience
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Comfortable sitting for long periods of time
