Call Center / Customer Service Rep

This position comes with the ability to earn a competitive hourly wage, based on experience! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Each day as a Call Center / Customer Service Rep, you spend a majority of your time working closely with customers while booking plumbing appointments for our techs. You are empathetic to clients’ needs. Your pride yourself on building solid relationships with our customers. You are attentive to each and every customer, ensuring they are completely satisfied with their care and their plumbing needs are met!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Call center experience of 2+ years
  • Can pass a background check and drug test
  • Capable of sitting for long periods of time

Experience in the plumbing/electrical/HVAC industry is a plus! Do you have strong communication skills including a pleasant phone demeanor? Are you organized and able to multitask? Can you listen and resolve customer inquiries while creating loyal and satisfied customers? Are you motivated to work independently? Would you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where changes are common? If so, you may be perfect for this position!
