Call Center Agent (Clinic)

Job Description Allied Health Solutions Medical Group (AHS) , a leading Provider in healthcare is hiring a Call Center Agent to respond to inbound and make outbound calls.

This is a full time position from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Duties and Responsibilities Answering phones from callersprofessionally and responding to callersinquiries and complaints, in a timely manner.

Researching required information using available resources.

Providing patients with the clinic’s services information.

Processing medical records requests, forms, orders, and other pertinent information requested by the patients and third party entities.

Managing activity on clinic’s online communication portals Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

Routing inbound calls to the appropriate staff.

Following up and resolving complicated calls where required.

Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the MessageLog.

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Open availability: Monday through Friday.

8:30am to 5:00pm.

Experience in dealing with the public.

Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.

Ability to work with others in a close manner.

Good computer skills.

Good multi-tasking skills.

Skills and Specifications Technical expert in related computer applications.

Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

Able to manage high call volume Education High school diploma or equivalent.
