As the face of our store operations team, you will develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, ensuring each customer’s transaction is handled in a respectful, courteous and friendly manner.

Our financial service centers cashiers receive checks and cash, verifying amounts and checking accuracy of customer transactions.Additional responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:Balancing currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculating daily transactionsExamining checks for endorsements and verifying other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documentsCashing checks and paying out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, that accounts have sufficient funds and recourse has been establishedMonitoring vault to ensure cash balances are correctEntering customers’ transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receiptsMonitoring and reporting compliance situations in regards to FinCen regulationsRequirementsAs a Customer Service Representative, you must have strong critical thinking, decision making and judgment skills that you will use to make decisions on financial transactions daily.Additional requirements of the Customer Service Representative role include: High School Diploma or GED6 months of customer service or cash handling experience is a plus.Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of timeIf you are looking to join a team where our mission is to be the best in class among financial service and retail centers, by delivering superior, responsible financial services and customer service then join our team!
