Business Support Manager II, CREB Monitoring Trainer

Job Description:

The National Portfolio Monitoring Trainer will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and maintenance of the product and technical training within CREB (including CDB) Portfolio Monitoring for all PMO roles. This includes the onboarding of new employees, coaching new employees for 90 days after the training period *Required Skills: “Must’ have these skills to be minimally qualified. Subject Matter Expert in CREB/CDB monitoring and related processes Demonstrated knowledge of CREB systems. Candidate must consistently demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills. The PMO Trainer must be able to work in a fast paced environment and consistently demonstrate leadership behaviors. The position has primary responsibility for identifying and addressing additional training needs on an ongoing basis. This individual will also be involved in various service improvement initiatives and will work closely with CREB Monitoring Leadership.
