Business Transformation, Executive Consultant
The position will report to the Sr. Director of Business Transformation for Claims. The position will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Director in leading the Claim Support Services organization which currently includes Claims Quality and Workforce Strategy & Management. The role will be responsible for helping develop team strategy, collaborating on organizational design, improving internal business processes, identifying & developing business cases, preparing executive-ready presentations, building & administering a team management system, and leading projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
The Sr. Director of Business Transformation is currently responsible for identifying and developing shared service teams that support the Claims organization. He is currently leading the Claims Quality and Workforce Strategy and Management teams. The Claims Quality team is responsible for monitoring and improving claims quality across the organization leveraging data & analytics, process improvement, and automation. The Workforce Strategy & Management team is responsible for forecasting and managing the work of the 4,000+ employees and contractors that make up the claims organization.
