The Representative will work as a team member to learn, manage, and grow the wholesale business of specialty retail accounts.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Cultivate, develop, and maintain professional relationships with customers to successfully grow and manage the business Efficiently manage sales orders and order entry, while monitoring back-orders Communicate and provide company product information to all customers Respond and react to customer issues and requests Monitor account performance and adjust sales strategies accordingly Propose new opportunities and increase business by analyzing and reacting to sales performance on both brand and retail levelsQualifications:To perform this job successfully, you must have or show ability to learn several qualities.

At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, wholesale experience in the fashion industry a plus, preferably with women’s contemporary brands Knowledge of the fashion industry, basic production schedules, and basic fabrication/style jargon Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills; impeccable phone and email etiquette Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Positive attitude and willingness to help the team grow Bilingual in English and Korean a plusWe offer a competitive rate plus bonuses.
