Billing & Operations Support CoordinatorAbacus Technologies is currently seeking a motivated “utility player” interested in many aspects of business operations.

This position can be hybrid commuting into the Hoover office and/or remote work from home.
The primary responsibilities include:Conduct monthly billing using industry software one week a monthSales support, including preparation of client proposals, quotes and scheduling meetings.Manage client service agreements and vendor resell/purchase contractsPrepare, review and distribute invoices for agreements, professional services and products to clientsResearch billing discrepancies internally as appropriate Follow up on open invoices with clients to determine payment scheduleReview employee timesheets and expense reports for accuracy and assist with correctionsPrepare routine reports and financial analysis, completing ad-hoc projects as assignedVarious operational support needs for a growing companyEvent planning for client gatherings, internal team socials and company eventsAssist President & COO as needed with special projects and responsibilities Depending on candidate interests, other responsibilities could include recruiting, website updates, marketing or other business needs Requirements:Bachelor’s or Associates degree from an accredited university3-5 years of related experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and goal orientedStrong organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout:Abacus Technologies has been headquartered in Birmingham, AL since 2000.
