Responsibilities: Your day will include:Delivering excellent customer service, product/technical support and product specification within a fast-paced environmentLeaning into your customers (which include HVAC professionals and homeowners) by listening well and asking questions to get to the root of the problemSteering through product support problems with customers including post-sale troubleshooting, installation guidance, and maintenance resolutionsProviding guidance and answering product specifications such as thermostats (including Wi-Fi), ventilation, humidifiers/dehumidifiers, etcMultitasking within an email queue correspondence to provide technical support and answer general product questions360 degree problem resolution from clarifying customer’s concern and determining the cause of the concern to selecting and explaining the best solution while following up at a later dateLearning, growing, and deepening your understanding of indoor air quality solutionsMultitasking while on a call or email by documenting transactions into CRM system Qualifications: If the below says “Me”, consider applying today:Naturally curious; you want to solve a problem and learn more Deep understanding of what good customer service means Ability to learn technical aspects about a product and displaying a curiosity to learn more Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishBonus: Engineering, technician, or related STEM background helpful, but not requiredwilling to train motivated problem solvers A GREAT PLACE TO WORK FOR ALL At Aprilaire, we know our employees are our most important resource.
