Our client is an established insurance company that specializes in auto and personal insurance. We are searching for a professional and diligent Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s main operation in the city of Chatsworth CA.
This is a traditional customer service and call center position. You will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls from insureds and brokers, as well as reviewing policy details and billing history.
You will be taking payments while reviewing and processing change requests if you get any. You will do this by either fax, online or phone.
This is full time, temp to hire position. First shift, from 7:30 am to 4 pm. Monday to Friday.

This is what we are looking for in candidates:
- Preferably, you have at worked in Customer Service, a Call Center or similar type of work environment.
- You are good with MS Office products like Word and Excel
- You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- You have a clear speaking voice
- Preferably, you have done billing before. You will be doing it a lot.
- You can act independently, with minimal supervision
- As a condition of employment, you may be asked to take and pass a background check and/or drug test.
