Job Description Are you a results-oriented, competitive individual with call center, intake or sales experience?
Wilshire Law Firm, a top-rated personal injury law firm, is growing and we want you to be a part of our success We are currently seeking candidates with superior customer service for our Call Center.
Our Call Center representative serves as the first point of contact for the firms clients.
This position requires great attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion and follow-through are a must for this role, as well as being a team player and go-getter.
We have a need to fill both day and swing shifts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Speaking with potential clients via phone to gather initial case information Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients to sign-up with the firm Working with the firms intake attorney to determine viability of potential cases Keeping track of potential cases and scheduling follow-up calls as necessary Effectively communicating with potential clients, co-workers, and vendors alike Updating the firms database in a timely manner with accurate data Uploading and sharing pertinent documents appropriately Building strong rapport with potential clients and vendors Required Experience: Sales skills are of paramount importance with the ability to close Strong background with proven track record of success meeting performance-based goals Minimum 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience Ability to multi-task and type 50 wpm while speaking with potential clients Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive Must be bilingual in English/Spanish Ability to work weekends, overtime and on-call as necessary Wilshire Law Firm offers a team environment and the opportunity for growth.
