The ASC Product Support Analyst I is a 2nd tier support to our Payroll/Value Team ASC’s.

You will support the ASC’s with issue resolution, technical support and will provide system and procedural expertise.

Serve as primary support liaison between COS, internal partners and clients, providing application support and mentorship for all version of ADP’s product offerings.

The associate will manage a large array of service/product offerings in support of One Stop Shop philosophy.

Performs troubleshooting, research/resolution across a wide range of environments.

Provides timely feedback to internal functional leaders to improve the client experience.

__ Apply now To learn more about Client Services at ADP , watch here: https://adp.careers/Client_Services_Videos WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day: As an analyst I, you will have demonstrated expertise with the following: At least one payroll platform (Vantage, Enterprise V5 or Enterprise V6) Autopay Product Support.

You will take ownership of escalations and perform 2nd tier support and research in order to resolve issues and/or application questions.

Become a Consultant.

You will begin to fine tune your expertise in system setups, product functionality, recommend product enhancements.

Assist Clients.

You will provide support and assistance to the Payroll Team ASC’s, Clients, Relationship Mgrs, Implementation, Project Services, and COS Shared Services groups.

Problem Solve.

You will utilize your strong communication skills and proficiecy in technical support methodology, and problem solving for complex issues related to all areas of the payroll process while being able to manage multiple tasks and responding effectively to changing priorities.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert.

You will use your working knowledge of the following tools including, but not limited to: PTCS, MR2000, PMEI, iServ, PMF, CEH, Siebel CRM, Enterprise, Vantage, Autopay, ADPR, iProducts, and SMS/Netsecure, TLM.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Required Qualifications 1 3 years of related experience A college degree is great but not required.

What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.
