Job Description: Gowning and dynamic Freight/Transportation company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Help Desk IT Support Representatives who have a passion for IT, and would like to grow in a company.
**SQL knowledge is a huge plus** Job Duties: Setting up users in various computer systems.
Installing PCs, phones, printers etc.
Answering calls from users with computer issues.
Learning the different applications that are used to conduct day to day business Learning the Legacy application.(Not a requirement) This application is only used by Installing Software on PCs Patience in communicating with users and customers.
Excellent communication skills Good Attendance and punctuality Qualifications: Associates and/or Bachelor?s degree or certificate program preferred or a combination of High School Diploma and work experience.
At least 2 years?
experience in IT support Good understanding of all popular operating systems, MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical staff, and end-users.
Excellent customer service, including empathic listening skills.
Solid self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent follow-up skills to see tasks through to resolution, and communicate problem status to end users such as notification of completion, notification of delay, and rationale.
